I am the unfortunate patient who has been suffering from stomach ulceration over a long period. I have been suffering from severe health problems including often diarea, appetite, regular mouth blisters etc despite trying everything including allopathic and ayurvedic treatments. I feel like the most unfortunate patient because even after spending so much money and making so many dietary sacrifices i am still living a life full of distress and hopelessness. It feels as if i have lost trust in doctors because of my poor experiences but since there are many doctors available here i still have a small hope that at least one of them being a human values human life more than money to advise or recommend something necessary.

The doctor prescribed medicine based only on the assumption of an H. pylori infection, which was never confirmed because no biopsy was taken and no diagnostic test was recommended. Despite this, triple therapy was advised, including 500 mg capsules (two in the morning and two in the evening) for 14 days, one tablet of Femposin 20 mg for 10 days, and some acid-control syrups. Even after completing the 14-day course, no improvement was observed, and the condition remained the same while gradually becoming more chronic and severe over time.

I was later recommended an endoscopy to examine the internal condition, but it was conducted without proper diagnostic assessment, and once again I was prescribed triple therapy without any confirmed test or detailed analysis, which made the overall treatment experience very disappointing.This occurred about two years ago, and currently I am using Qarshi products: Jawarish Amla (half a teaspoon in the morning and evening after meals), Jawarish Anarain (half a teaspoon in the morning and evening), Safoof Tabkhir (half a teaspoon at the same timings), and Gastol syrup (two teaspoons in the morning and evening). Last but not least, I am not drinking anything except water.

If you see the condition inside my mouth, you would be shocked. Currently, I mostly take liquid or soft foods such as boiled rice, bread, and porridge, while completely avoiding spicy, junk, and acidic foods. Despite this, i am still suffering from this chronic issue till now. Furthermore, it can not heal until it is properly diagnosed first.

Dear, get Endoscopy followed by biopsy! Then treat accordingly. Now as per guidelines SSRI like escitalopram is also part of treatment. I suggest to visit some expert/professional gastroenterologist in person!
