Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastro Intestinal

I need help,Plzz i am in dire need of help,from last 6 months i have been suffering from gastro intestinal issues and been going to doctors every of all the problems i have been facing stool,or watery stool much mucus in stool less appetite ,infact no appetite loss more than 10kg reflux form of depression because of these

I have been to many doctors and they did every type of test(thyroid,stool test,cbc,anti hiv,hep b,hep c,TB,gluten intolerance test,and much more) My whole life is affected even that i have attempted suicide many times,i am getting weaker day by day.I used to the most beautiful guy in my town,and now every gets scared by seeing have only prescribed my anti depressants and nothing is life is hell from last 6 months and if i will not be fine in next few days ,maybe I’ll end my life or help me plzz,i am litterally crying while posting this.
