Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastroenteritis (Large I)

I have wound in foot due to inject my stomach disturbed badly infection also in large & small intestine. em suffering this problem since 2 or 3 month. i used many tablets just like colofac, immodium, flgal, plazsine and many more but problem still sustain. Now bleck making too much and also went for motion 2 or 3 time. and gas not properly discharge so please guide me properly. now i became tired and frustrated
