Talk to Gastroenterologist on H Pylori Diagnosed And Given Medications But I Have Few Concerns Please Advise

Assalam o Alaikum I have been diagnosed with H. Pylori and given medication Amoxil 500mg x4 a day and Klariacid 500mg x2 day just wanted to add something and ask i have taken antibiotics many times in once year last Dec 2023 (azomax) then dec 2024 (amoxcilina) then march (i think azithromycin) then July (Amoxcilina) each for 8 days now again will that be useful this time or bacteria might be resistant now ?
Also dr has prescribed me 3 tablets together for anxiety , panic attacks and fast heartbeat. Citranew 10 mg x2 a day Alp 0.25 at night Inderol 10 mg x3 a day
After taking citranew i had instant restlessness and feeling of dying ( in past i was on Depricap for anxiety can i used that instead ? ) And my heartbeat gets fast only at night i am scared inderol will make my normal heart rate slow
