H Pylori Stomach Pain

Question

hello dr iam 28 years old .. 
from the last couple of months i am having an unusual stomach pain .. 
upon my dr advice i have gone for h pylori stool antigen tests ... i had done it from 2 different laboratories one stated POSITIVE and other one NEGATIVE .. 
to confirm it and to clear my confusion i went to check antibodies in blood .. kindly help me interpret the results .. all the reports are attached
