Hello. I'm 23 year old man having Haemorrhoid for Almost 8 mouths. I have tried so many things to get rid out of it but nothing works. I have tried Homeopathic Medicines in the beginning but no good results.. And then I went to a doctor he examine my condition and said it is at Grade prescribed some medicines and Also prescribed two creams one is GTN and other is something like Lidocane.. I have tried these for almost one month but there is no positive results.. Now I am very much in tension and depression in addition to the anal pain.. Even I tried the hot tub method which also do not effective.. What should I do now.. Should I go to the doctor and said him to cut it through surgery.. I even get scare of the surgery pain.. Also i have kept these confidential from my family I haven't told them about this.

you should visit a general surgeon near you. if it doesn't improve with medications, you may need some surgical options

You should visit surgeon and proceed for surgery as it not responding to medical treatment.it is not a major surgery done under spinal anesthesia.
And avoid constipation as well.
Take high fiber diet.
