Talk to Gastroenterologist on Haemorrhoid

Hello. I'm 23 year old man having Haemorrhoid for Almost 8 mouths. I have tried so many things to get rid out of it but nothing works. I have tried Homeopathic Medicines in the beginning but no good results.. And then I went to a doctor he examine my condition and said it is at Grade prescribed some medicines and Also prescribed two creams one is GTN and other is something like Lidocane.. I have tried these for almost one month but there is no positive results.. Now I am very much in tension and depression in addition to the anal pain.. Even I tried the hot tub method which also do not effective.. What should I do now.. Should I go to the doctor and said him to cut it through surgery.. I even get scare of the surgery pain.. Also i have kept these confidential from my family I haven't told them about this.
