my sister has been suffering with piles since last 3 years, got medicine in winter 2023 when she used to cry at nights with its severity, got medicine and was fine but lately she's facing the same issue and situation has been worsen I think, do we need to go for surgery in case of a lump which is projecting outwards or it can just be cured with medicines?
