Talk to Gastroenterologist on Having Internal Piles

Hi doctors, hope you are fine! Doctors a have feeling much itching in anal from some days. I think its piles but its enternal there is nothing outside externaly. But itching while pooping is quite hard and its painfull even i can't even sit sometimes easily. Sometimes it bleed during poop. I don't have this problem before but from some days its getting painfull. I am taking care in diet. Taking water more, juices, milk, fruit! Kindly recommend me what should precautions i need to take! I will very thankful to you!!
