Talk to Gastroenterologist on Heartburn, Acidity, Constipation, Stomach Pain, Acid Reflux

I have on and off constipation from years but nowadays from last week i am having pain in stomach, acidity and heart burn. The gas kind of stuck inside and i pain in stomach, or different locations until It finally passes (from down or in form of large burp). experiencing constipation also, so usually lower abdomen hurt too when stool doesn't pass. acidity, stomach pain is sometime due to not eating on time but then i feel heartburn after eating also. Doing desi totka to let gas pass but it only give relief for small time. It again comes back and stomach pain goes on for entire day. Have had mucaine syrup once in a day it helps a bit. I can't go to hospital due to corona, is there anything you can help with?
