Hi drs! i have hemorrhoids from past 4 years it was a small lump and now it become swelling and doesn't pain or bleed .its internally the anal and when ever i sit for stool it feels like something hard comes from inside. From past month i also got gas problem and sometimes my heartbeat becomes fast after eating assist me thanks!

You need to consult a Gastroenterologist / Surgeon for assessment of whatever is coming out . It can be something , not like hemorrhoids or may be so . This should be examined in person .you might need a flexible proctoscopy , that's a better option in my opinion by a Gastroenterologist , to see inside the anal canal and manage accordingly .
