Talk to Gastroenterologist on Hemorrhoids

My aunt is suffering from severe bawaseer (hemorrhoids) and has also developed a painful mouqa (boil) outside, making it extremely difficult for her to sit or rest comfortably. She used D3 medicine (picture attached), and after that, she started experiencing constipation. Now, whenever she is constipated, a drop of blood comes out, further worsening her condition. She has tried Hadesa Comfort, but it hasn’t provided much relief. We’ve also been searching for Tronolane, but it’s currently unavailable due to a shortage. We are urgently looking for effective alternatives or remedies to manage her condition and provide relief.
