Talk to Gastroenterologist on IBS

Hello, doctors. I've been experiencing bowel problems for more than 20 days. I frequently feel the urge to use the washroom, sometimes passing stools, sometimes feeling constipated. My stool is greenish, and my intestines feel like they're moving too fast. I had an ultrasound, which showed loops, and I took Novidate (500 mg, twice daily) for five days, Despas for five days, and Flygel for 7–8 days, but none of them helped. My blood test (CP) showed an increased ESR, and my doctor prescribed more medication. I'm confused—do I have IBS? Despite taking multiple medicines, my symptoms persist, and I go to the washroom 6–7 times daily. What could be the issue?
