Talk to Gastroenterologist on IBS OR SIBO OR Any Other Issue

I had some Gastric Issue in 2023 for which doctor Advised Risek 20 Mg for a period of 2 months eventually after few month this issue was resolved than suddenly i started having constipation issue in which if i did not pass stool for 24 hrs i would feel discomfort and bloated for which doctor has advised H pylori test and test for thyriod and a CT scan constrast of whole abdominal as he suggested that its IBS and gave the medicine Rifaxa 500 mg daily, OMEGA 3 FATTY ACID AFTER LUNCH and Librax after dinner for 2 weeks. Plus no meat, no milk, no nuts, no peanuts. No i have bowel movement on daily basis but it does not feel empty when i go to washroom doctor allowed me chicken once a week but when i consumed it once in 15 days i felt the discomfort again and felt constipated. I opted a healthier life style since last 5 years i previous 5 years ago use to have cigrattes (around 1 packet per week) and tobacco ocassisanly and i left all that but after 2 to 3 years i started to have stomach i
