you need to take iron rich + gut healing diet.
{Soak half tsp fennel seeds overnight in ~100 ml water
Strain and sip the water first thing in the morning (cool or lukewarm)
Chew some soaked seeds after the water} Take this on alternate days for better tolerance.
Sleep 8 hrs min; liver detox happens at night.
