Talk to Gastroenterologist on Intestinal Inflammation, IBD

I am suffering from intestinal inflammation from past 4 months. I ve consulted almost every doctor of bwp so far bvh, cmh and private too. Someone recommended me this. My previous doctor diagnosed me with ulcerative colitis. But antibiotics are not working. I have bowl urgency 2 to 3 times a day but blood+mucous comes in flow not in droplets. I feel pain in my abdomen and in flanks, around belly button too and a burning sensation in abdomen.Blood+ mucus comes before stool,with stool and after passing stool and its color consistency changes.It is sometimes bright red and sometimes of maroon color. Recently, i also took azathioprine and mesalazine for it, but that also didn't worked. So, kindly recommend me something that could help me recover it.
