I have gastric problem, can't pass gas from intestines. Can't relieve from burping. When I try to burp the gas filled in my abdomen. I feel pain of gases in different parts of body like on my left side under ribs, in my left hand. I feel my heart is going down in this condition. Feeling nausea. I also have constipation and feeling fissure and some wound in my stool place. Also feel headache sometimes.

Sir i am suffering from same problem as mentioned above. I lives in the netherlands and since last 8 months i have this issue. Doctors have tried to daigonose this issue but couldnot find anything after having colonoscopy, endoscopy and all other blood tests. Now i came back to pakistan to resolve this issue. I m 30 years old.
