My 5 year old son is having long-term constipation since 2 years. he passes hard and painful stool after every 2 or 3 days. at times, he is unable to pass the stool and we have to use micro enema. I have consulted many doctors who put him on medications for one month. but after one month, constipation comes back. His weight is 15 kg. Looks pale and he is a picky eater. Pls help how to resolve the issue permanently.
