I have been experiencing stomach swelling for quite some time, but now the problem feels more intense. I often feel pain in my stomach, and there is a kind of pain just above my hip, as if I have a wound. My body feels light, and my mental state is strange, like I might faint. My hands and feet become numb, and I can't stand for long periods of time.

I am taking Esomeprazole medication along with some antibiotics, but I have not experienced any relief. I had an ultrasound done a year ago, which showed abdominal gases and stomach swelling at that time.
