Good day. Sister your problem most likely seems to be Acid Peptic disease .Following is the treatment but I strongly advise you to do some necessary investigations also.Like Ultrasound Abdomen,CBC,H.pylori stool Ag test.LFTs and RFTs.For your problem I will prescribe you following medications.1-Tablet.Losec 40 mg twice a day for 4 weeks (take before meals). 2: Tablet.Leflox500 mg once a day for 14 days. Capsule Amoxil 500 mg ,take two capsules twice daily for 14 days.Good luck
