Asking for Mother, Female, 56 years old, karachi
My mother had Lapchole operation Last year in OCT 2016, after successful removal of gallbladder ,there start developing an unusual pain that starts from right shoulder blade and propagate forward , It occurs occasionally , mostly in morning with empty stomach and pain intensity is much similar to the gallstone pain faced before operation, What is the cause, is it something related to Operation after effect ?

you need to go through your mothers diet plan, is she taking with high carbohydrates or fats, if yes than start using some antacids and cut down carbs and fats.
if No than plan for CT/ MRI with contrast whole abdomen+LFT+Serum Amylase and Lipase levels
