Talk to Gastroenterologist on Pain/discomfort Only While Passing Stool

Pain only while passing stool since one week, had a bleeding 2 months ago when eating spicy which leads to hard stools. But now pain discomfort while passing stool, like stool stuck in rectum and do straining to get it out. After bowel movement no pain or inflammation leading a normal routine like walking sitting sleeping everything is normal.
