I am facing extreme gas in my stomach from several days. This gas is like bubbles which can move up and down. Along eith this i feel a stabbing(mtlb ptees) pain in left side of my chest also i have pain in my left arm wrist and my upper back. I have already tested h, pylori and liver and blood test.
