Talk to Gastroenterologist on Pain In Left And Right Abdomen

hi From last 2 years I am experiencing pain in left and right abdomen. the pain is just below the point where left and right ribs ends. I visited about 10 doctors and none of them took it serious. did ultrasound thrice which came cleared. Hpylori was positive and I completed its cource recently. endoscopy was cleared too but the pain is still there. sometimes the pain spreads towards my back too and sometimes I experience pain towards right testicle as well.
