Talk to Gastroenterologist on Pain In RUQ Then It Radiate To Rt Side Of Chest & Shoulder

Assalamualaikum, my mom experiencing severe pain for a week in RUQ then it radiate to right side of chest & shoulder also pain feels at back side of chest near T7. GI specialist adv PPI+analgesic but it does effect and pain is persistent. (nausea, vomit, diarrhea, constipation all -ve)

Hx, she had hepatitis C decade ago but got treated at that time. Hypertension/DM both negative

Labs, PCR Hep C qualtative -ve H pylori stool antigen -ve CBC, UCE, Serum Ca normal values LFT's -just ALP increased (144) rest of lft is normal Abdominal u/s shows fatty liver(15.5cm in size)+ increased echogenicity of liver cholesterol 220mg/dl ECG+ECHO both are normal
