Talk to Gastroenterologist on Passing Stool Difficulties

I’ve been having severe pain when passing stool, and it feels very hard to pass. I also noticed a little lump near the anal area. This has been going on for 6-7 days. I feel pain during and after bowel movements. The pain is so severe it’s affecting my daily activities

start with hydrating yourself with plenty of fresh water and secondly switch to Fibre rich plant based diet except chillies. stop animal products like meat, eggs and fat.
take duphalac syp 20ml at night and consult gastroentrologist for examination
Gastroentroligist appointment for complete checkup meanwhile See if you have any bleeding, if yes you may have some cut there, for pain use warm water bath. Or some gel for pain relief. Add fibre rich diet(fruit, veg, lentil, peas, corn)water and exercise for consttipation
