I have constipation for quite 3 years now so 2 months ago I had small amount of blood in my stool for which I went for colonoscopy in which they found 2 small ulcer in my rectum after colonoscopy I start getting pelvic pain which was constant for 1 week after 1 week it fade away but since this Friday I start having that pain again I went for ultrasound which is normal I just want to know is that pain can be due to ulcer or is it something wrong with my pelvic muscles

Polyethylene glycol (PEG) sachet
One sachet daily in water

Psyllium husk (Isabgol)
One tablespoon at night with water

Antispasmodic (e.g. mebeverine 135 mg)
One tablet twice daily

Avoid NSAIDs and painkillers unless prescribed

biopsy show nothing all negative and all other test stool test are totally normal just 1 ulcer in rectum that is all
