Talk to Gastroenterologist on Pile Bawaseer Consipation Qabz Or Similar

Issue : I have issue from last 1 year that when i use to stool , i have to exert too much pressure but still it doesn't comes out . Although when it comes out , it is long and narrow. But mostly like small peanuts, and of black color. While i don't get feeling when to poop, i randomly have to go and poop but it makes above problem. It can be shape of constipation

Profile : I also have acne on my face , moreon i am software engineer so that my lifestyle is mostly sedentary . There might be some issue with liver as my diet doesn't contain enough fibers . Usually i ate oily junk like samosa during my college and university time . My height is around 5.7 and weight is around 82. My digestive system doesn't behaves normal as it was before 2 years.
