Talk to Gastroenterologist on Severe Bad Breath

Slam all. My brother started having bad breath in first it was only from mouth(on and off) but gradually bad smell started emanting from nose too. It is so much bad that whenever he enters the room the room filled with bad smell and we can't sit with him. other symptoms are belching ,very bad smelling gas,burp with acid in mouth, sour mouth taste and blockage of one side of nostril(although it is from far before than this problem).He took gerd medicine for atleast 1 year with combination of some anti depressant. heart burn stopped but bad smell is still there. can please anyone here point us in the right direction. it isn't due to poor oral hygiene. ye 3 saal phly out of the blue start hua. as i've mentioned k main aik saal Ppi+SRI+ motility medicine khata rha i am not sure if em allowed to write the exact name or salt of the medicine.. Hn main ppi k salt change kr k b dekha heartburn khatam ho gya bilkul lekin i developed indigestion afterwards and halitosis remains unaffected.

my bmi is a little above than normal. Not much that'll concern.. h.pylori test came positive and i did the course and after that it came -ve but the problem persists. I've done lft too all was normal exect for the billurubin to be in higher range of normal. Hope this helps.

g main ent k pass gya tha i do get allergies and blocked nose cause wo janny waly thy to unhon ny ellergy medicine k sath sath vitamin b12 k injection b likh dye thy shaid is lye k main jitna b scrap krun zuban ko 5 minutes baad phir whi yellowish white coating ikhathi ho jati on middle and back part of tounge
