I am having IBS from past 4 years almost and my metabolism is really very slow when I eat food I am not able to pass stool even in the next 15-20 hrs. Also I don't have normal stool moments it's either watery or hard stool all the time. I feel hungry but when I start eating I can't eat much.

weight 63 I am taking vitamin D supplement (sunny D) My vit D level was on 22 previously was on 9 , Cac-1000 and sangobion cause of anemia along with zatofen cause I have minor asthma.
