I have a stomach problem, I can't digest food, and sometimes I have blood after stool. This has been happening for 2 months
do u have constipation ?or acidity ?
which symptoms typically you have ? like post meal fullness or bloating , Reflux of food or burning sensation in chest ?
How frequently you notice blood in stool ?
is there constipation or diarrhea or pain any weight loss ?

Like feeling full or bloated or having a strange feeling after eating, it feels like I'm about to have a bowel movement but it doesn't come and I also start to feel rumbling in my stomach. I'm not constipated either. I started having blood after having a bowel movement for a day and now I'm passing small amounts of thin stools whenever I want. Please give me some good advice on what I should do ?

these symptoms are suggestive of Dyspepsis / IBS . Also Blood in stool could be due to any local pathology possibly hemorroids or IBD. you need to visit near gastroenterologist to evaluate in detail. possibly you need sigmoidoscopy for cause of blood in stool.
