Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach And Anus Related

I have never visited a doctor for this problem because of embarrasment. I cant visit a doctor alone n cant share it with any of my family member. It has been years, I feel incomplete anal evacuation while passing stool. I dont only feel it, i need to use my finger to empty my anus. After passing stool, some of that remains inside that i take out with my finger wearing glove. I have no other problem. Now i am going to get married so i want to get rid of this issue. Plsss help me
