Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach And Nerves Weakness

I have a chronic issue of stomach indigestion over last 7 years. EGD showed gastroduodenitis .Now , issue is upper GI tightness along with pylorus spasm and big loud belching originating from pylorus . Recent reports show Negative H . Pylori , 292 Vitamin B12 , 192 Serum Ferratin and 13.2 Hb and 5 ESR . All stool reports are also normal , Main problem is that there is so much nerve weakness , which gradually worsens as day progresses.The spasm is directly proportional to weakness. Gas only passes at nigh in heaps when I lie down and relax , then it passes like 20-25 times in 2 minutes , then i feel relaxed . Rest i suffer from great weakness. Till night my body seems to become lifeless, like i cant feel my legs , arms etc . When I wake up , its better but at night its horrific weakness. Weight stable @54 kg since last 7 years .
