Zaban aksar safed rehti hai aur gale mein safed dana (white grain) aa jata hai jismein badboo hoti hai. Munh se smell bhi aati hai. Lobia, ghobi aur is tarah ki sabziyon se mujhe zyada gas banti hai. Raat ko letne ke baad gas aur discomfort barh jata hai, aur subah uthte hi gas zyada hoti hai.
