Aoa mera masla ye hai k mery sath kaafi arsy sy yeh problem hai k aksar khana khany k baad mujhy left side py pain start ho jati hai jo left side py aik bhooj bana rehta hai or ye pain kabhi thori or kabhi kabhi ziayada b ho jati hai or is k sath stool pass b nhi hota stool ki haajat b nhi hoti kabhi loose motion toh kabhi constipation rehti hain or sar bhaari rehta hai pait mein dard b mehsos hoti hai nend ka b masla rehta hai jis ki wajah sy kisi kaam mein dil nhi lagta or har waqt tired feel hota hai. stool kabhi kabhi baar baar aata hai thora thora kr k hath paon py aksar sweating hoti hai. please guide me about my problem. what i can do for this issue.
