? Seeking an Expert Opinion – A 3-Year Unresolved Gastrointestinal Case

I have been experiencing persistent gastrointestinal symptoms for the past 3 years, including acidity, heartburn, stomach cramps, excessive gas, abdominal bloating, early fullness after eating, poor appetite, weakness, burning eyes, intermittent numbness/tingling in different parts of my body, a constant feeling of warmth or burning, and a noticeable pulsating sensation in my abdomen. Yogurt consistently worsens my symptoms, causing significant gas and bloating.

Three years ago, an upper GI endoscopy with biopsy confirmed chronic Helicobacter pylori infection with chronic gastritis. I completed three courses of H. pylori eradication antibiotics. Despite treatment, my symptoms persisted. About two years later, during Ramadan, an H. pylori urea breath test was negative, confirming eradication.

Since then, I have consulted multiple gastroenterologists and physicians, completed several treatment plans, and also underwent three courses of homeopathic treatment, but without lasting improvement. Hepatitis screening and numerous blood tests were reported as normal. One physician suspected anemia or a vitamin deficiency and prescribed vitamin supplements. I feel significantly better while taking the supplements, but my symptoms gradually return after stopping them.

I would appreciate your opinion regarding the possible underlying diagnosis and any further investigations that may help identify the cause of my persistent symptoms.
