Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Problem

About 2 months ago, I was diagnosed with typhoid and ulcer. I received drips/injections, then took amoxicillin + omeprazole for 5 days — symptoms improved.

A few weeks later, I developed severe stomach pain and was prescribed rifabutin (Rifabon) + amoxicillin + Nexium for 10 days. After that, I was given rabeprazole for 3 months, but stopped after a few weeks when I felt better.

For the past 4 weeks, I’ve had:

• Mild stomach cramps (not severe)

• “Unbalanced” abdominal feeling

• Intestinal rumbling sounds

• Sensation of needing to pass stool (but bowel movements are normal)

No fever, no weight loss, no vomiting, no blood in stool. I sleep well.
