Assalam o Alaikum.. I've stomach issue.. When I eat something my breath got heavy and my heartbeat increase and I feel in pressure... Like my breath isn't going completely in.. I also have a lot of burps while this... I eat food 3 hours early before sleeping and I also walk before sleeping.. But when I lay down for sleeping burps starts.. And my breath got caught.. I also wake up mid sleep when my breath feels like it had stopped.. This came with burping... I'm 16 years old.. Please tell me what should I do.. I'm so upset
