Spicy, fried, and acidic foods
Tea, coffee, soda pepsi etc
Chocolates, processed foods
Smoking & NSAIDs (painkillers)
and Eat
Boiled rice, oatmeal, bananas, apples
Boiled vegetables (carrots, potatoes)
Lean meat, fish, eggs
Yogurt, probiotics
Honey (natural healing)
And what medication are you using
Start Medication as per doctor Presxription
