Main Symptoms: - My stomach/abdomen has become enlarged and swollen - My eyes have turned yellow - I had jaundice last year, and it appears to be recurring now

Digestive Issues: - I experience pain during and after bowel movements - My stools are hard and constipated - Sometimes I don't have bowel movements for 1-2 days - When stools do come, they are small amounts - When I have larger bowel movements, I experience severe pain and weakness

Urinary Symptoms: - My urine is yellow in color - The first morning urine has foam/bubbles in it

General Condition: - I experience ongoing pain and discomfort - I feel weak and fatigued

Medical History: - I had jaundice last year - Current symptoms suggest it may be returning
