Assalam o alaikum. 1 month pehly mujhy UTI hua tha jis ky liyay mainy cefspan 400 ka course kia tha 14 days tk. Usky baad sy on and off mujhy bechaini rehti hai urine mai. Aur pury area mai itching aur jalan si rehti hai sometimes. Kabhi kabhi lagta hai diacharge bhi hota hai but confirm nahi vaginal hai ya urine incontenance. Waisy vaginal side py bhi jalan si hoti hai kabhi kabhi. Mainy dobara urine test karwaya hai please guide. History: 7 saal pehly right nephrectomy(kidney remove) hua tha due to severe hydronephrosis kidney function khatm hogaya tha. Mainy 6 months pehly check up karwaya tha routine ka to sb theek aya kidney ka bs ye infection ki waja sy tension hogae k kidney py asar na ay. Report mai haemoglobin aya hai urine mai guide karain aur agr vaginal infection ho to usky liyay kia use karsakty hain?
