Hi i am 25 old mother. Had normal delivery 4months ago. Initially i had swelling around anus. Then it caused bleeding. Then pain. And now i feel piles has turned into fissure cuz i get severe pain while passing stool. And after an hour the pain gets worsened that i cant sit stand or lie down until i eat brufen or ansaid. Please help what to do. Using hadesa cream.
milk with 3 spoon ispaghol hudk to relieve constipation other wise
syp duphalac 2 tsf Subha dopaihr sham..
plz do sitz bath 3 tomes a day apply xyloaid 3 time a day avoid costiption if not resolved see any good surgeon

risk benefit ratio should be compared. 1st go for laxatives xylocain gel and sits bath. if not improve than go for gtn

Well in this case u need to have examination from surgeon for proper evaluation.then he/she can decide about next treatment

Hello dr . I am using xyloaid for 2 days and it has helped me with the pain. ALHAMDULLILAH I am not taking pain killer since 2days. But will this oinment also heal the wound? How long should i continue to use this cream?

Its only a local anesthesia. Wound healing will occur when u don't have strain during passing stool after relieve of constipation

if u r pain free u can stop it. continue with natural remedy of milk and ispaghol husk
