I was taking tenormin from 7,8 months for high blood pressure now I stop taking this medicine and I checked my blood pressure daily. It is 135/90, 130/90, 130/85, 130/80 Is it ok or I have to take medicine again? One more issue, when I check blood pressure first time it shows 135/90 but after 1 minute it is 125/85 every time I check.
To check ur bp u need to sit gor 5 mints n then check ut bp.. secondly, if u r using automatic bp apparatus, there is an error of +_5..
secondly if u think ur bp is still not in control u shud use the medicine

My BP remain in below range.
135/80, 130/80, 130/90, 120/85, 125/85...
I am using mercury bp appratus.
I think this is normal range, please advice
