person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 28 years old, Lahore

Recently i visited northern areas and did a lot of hiking. On my way back i felt pain in my toe because i kicked some stone or because of my new shoe. However, one night i saw that my nail of thumb is blue. Next day i had to come back on foot so situation worsened. Now there is little pain but a lot of discomfort as i cannot wear shoes easily and move around easily or offer prayers easily. Please see attached pic of my nail and let me know do i need to worry or what is the remedy ? i do gym regularly and i cannot stop wearing my shoes because of office and gym so kindly help.

if it's not expanding and painful, then leave it and it will take its natural course to settle down in few months.
if it's giving trouble, then it needs draining, which can be done under local anesthesia.
visit my clinic for that.
