Assalam o Alaikum! My mother is 50 years old, she is is having body pain daily and thakk Jaati hai Jaldi Kaam Kar kay, she almost have to take Panadol daily. Should she use some multivitamin or what? if yes, please prescribe. Jazzak Allah
do HbA1c and CBC ESR instead of multivitamin if u money fresh fruits and fresh vegetables
it has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up. Multivitamins are useless
Do CBC then panadol is useless you need yo evaluate patient by general physician
W/s... After menopause it is very common is females yes she should take multivitamin (Ca+vitD) vitB12 +moderate walk on daily bases... Can take panadol off n on.
Must undergo routine checkup every 6month
Get her CBC HCV HBsAG Fasting Blood sugar and urine RE done
