Do you have any vision problems? Please visit a Gynecologist and do check your Blood pressure regularly. Try to take proper rest. Headache should not be ignored in pregnancy. Take tablet Panadol for headache. But please book an online consultation or visit a gynaecologist for proper medicines.

Salam, High BP in pregnancy is a very serious condition it cause severe issues or even hav to terminate the pregnancy if not treated, firstly tell me ur blood pressure range , isko manage karne hai to bo roz subah sham check karna hoga pehle abhi ka bataein k kitna rehta hai aur heart rate kitne hota hai , but if u get it right it is manangeable
