Talk to General Physician on Bp Raises For Few Seconds

I am facing this problem since one year.suddenly I feel burden on chest,palpitations,tunnel or blurred vision with high bp for a few seconds like 10 or 15 seconds and I feel ill faint.I also feel weakness in legs.kindly tell me what is this issue.I have u undergone eye test,echo also.all r normal
