Why to do colon cleansing ???
Should not be done without very strong reasons

sea salt has no as such side effects in breast feeding , instead you can follow theses steps
-- use plenty of plain / warm water before meals
--avoid cold water in between meals
--use warm milk twice
-- use buffering foods empty stomach , as bananas, ispaghol husk
