Chest pain is a dangerous symptom to not investigate so I would recommend you to go to a hospital and your chest pain evaluated completely with a cardiologist or a physician. That being said lets see what are the other causes:
You say you have depression. If that is not a psychiatric diagnosis and your self made diagnosis, chest pain and stomach tightness are very typical symptoms associated with anxiety and stress. The fact that your pain goes to the back and also causes anxiety & restlessness (ghabrahat) may also be related to stress, or it can all be due to acid peptic disease (Hyper acidity of the stomach).
Long story short, we'd like to see you at the clinic for a full history, clinical examination and some tests before we can suggest any treatment.
