Hi I have done my random sugar test(after 2 hours of meal) and it was 92. Should I need to check my Fasting sugar as well or no need of this?

Your Random blood sugar is within normal limits. But you can still get a fasting blood sugar at least once, to be sure about blood sugar levels and maintaining your medical record for yourself. It will be more reassuring for you to have a normal fasting blood sugar level. Therefore you can go for fasting blood sugar level at least once. If it comes normal then there will be no need to repeat test.
You do not need to check your fasting blood sugar level unless you have symptoms or complaints that may indicate a possibility of having diabetes.
