Talk to General Physician on Fatigue, Weakness And Low Energy

Asking for Self, Male, 26 years old, Lahore

Salam, I'm a myasthenic syndrome sufferer and I take amygra 30mg twice a day for the last 12 to 13 good years. In winter, I feel low on energy and struggle in doing basic daily chores like lifting stairs, raising my arms, lifting nominal weights like a carton or a bag, etc. However, in summers, I'm able to do all these chores without amygra too. I feel like i'm having a deficiency in vitals such as vit c, d or b etc.

I want to ask the doctors, which general bodily tests should I go for, and then I'll consult with a doctor with my results.

Thanks

That's alot of supplements. Can you please suggest any health test for finding the definitive? I'll then take supplements after consulting you. IA

It would be best for you to consult with a doctor to determine the cause of your fatigue, weakness, and low energy. They may recommend a variety of tests, such as blood tests to check for deficiencies in vitamins and minerals, or tests to check for other underlying medical conditions. Some common tests that may be ordered include a complete blood count (CBC), a metabolic panel, and a thyroid function test. Your doctor may also recommend other tests based on your specific symptoms and medical history. It's also good to mention your myasthenic syndrome and the medication you're taking to your doctor for them to have a complete understanding of your overall health.
